Fakfak Regency Construction Cost Index in 2021

The 2021 Fakfak Regency Construction Cost Index publication is an annual publication published periodically by the Fakfak Regency Central Statistics Agency. This publication is intended to provide an overview of the development of the Construction Cost Index from year to year. On average, the IKK value in 2021 in West Papua Province is 131.26 and it can be seen that Fakfak Regency has an IKK value of 135.74 which is not too far from the average value of Regency/City IKK in West Papua Province. In general, the IKK value of Fakfak Regency from year to year has decreased from 2016 to 2020 but there is a significant increase in 2021, which is an increase of 9.42 points. This means that on average construction products in Fakfak Regency have decreased but there is an increase in construction products in Fakfak Regency in 2021 which can be caused by many factors that need to be studied in further analysis to be able to draw conclusions about this.
