Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Fakfak Regency 2023

The Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every provider of public services is obligated to conduct an evaluation of the performance of public service implementation. One form of the evaluations is manifested through the implementation of the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) as regulated in the Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of Public Satisfaction Surveys for Public Service Providers.

BPS-Statistics of Fakfak Regency, as one of the providers of public services that provides statistical data and information, continuously strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS-Statistics of Fakfak Regency has routinely conducted the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) every year, integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims not only to assess consumer satisfaction with BPS-Statistics of Fakfak Regency data services but also to identify data needs and consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced byBPS-Statistics of Fakfak Regency.
